I sang this song on the way to school almost every day. I had forgotten about it. Sam gives it his usual pure rendition. What a voice is right. I'm amazed at the number of songs he recorded and the variety of music.
Agree! This is a great version. To me this is my mom's song for as long ago as I can remember. My dad would play it for her on the organ. Her name is Jean. Great memories.
I have been looking for this song for years, I simply love this song and the mood it creates for me. This simplistic melody has been the key to my happiness on many a long drives on roads that never ends but the journey I was on was that of Sam Cooke. I thank you.. What a great flash back!
