(For the people below.) The Sith Lord with the jaw thing is Darth Malgus. This is set quite a long time after Kotor. Revan and Malak wouldn't be alive.

i'm pretty sure this is just a trailer to promote the game and story about the sith attacking coruscant, but that's all, i feel pretty positive that the characters shown here are just actors to tell that story and aren't anyone from the original kotor game. It can't be Malak either since you kill him at the end of the first game.

the guy with the thing helping him breath could be Malak, and the other dark jedi could be Revan teh Twilik could be mission and the bounty hunter could be Mira!

Neither Darth Malak or Revan are in this game as it is based over 1000 years before that part of the old republic story line, i dunno who that main bad guy is

Nobody from Kotor are going to be in this game. it's 300 years since kotor so i doubt that anyone is really still alive, and the fact the Devs said they are setting it in this time slot between the movies and the kotor games so they can write what ever they want for the story without molding it around things that already exist in the kotor universe.

yeah exactly that's during the rule of Darth Sion, Darth Nihilus and Darth Treya, so that evil guy just might be one of them.

And seeing that Nihilus and Sion where practicly immortal it may be one of them, I personaly think it's Sion because Nihilus was just a ghost of his former self that lives in his Cloak and mask.

it is gonna be an amazing game... first MMO to be fully voiced 100,000 lines of dialogue so everyone is going to talk :D
