I've just tried this recipe last night. I used plain flour and add a little baking powder, but it doesn't seem right. Should I use Self-raising flour instead?

In my videos I use flour with already baking powder inside or as you call "self-raising flour". I'm sure that this works!

For this cake you have to add min. 1 till 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder if you use it separate.
