@huntermanPaul Thanks, I agree. I dedicated bow season to teaching him some basics and I was rewarded with memories of a lifetime. I can’t wait to get him out there again this year.

Yea its great to see people teaching their kids how to kill animals. Its so much fun and every child on earth should be hunting, there are plenty of animals for the 7 billion population

@FeistyForJustice Any time a father is outdoors teaching his kids new skills it is great. You are right though, most kids will never get the chance. It doesn't have to be hunting but father- son time is something to be encouraged in a day of video games and what not...

Great job im 15 and shot my first deer over the winter it was a monster buck but we never found it i think its great that you shot and found yours

@Grinnertrapper Thanks, don’t be discourage. That is the part of hunting that we don’t always like, but it happens at some point to all of us. Keep on practicing and go get him next season.

That was totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!! My kids and I just got done watching that video. Please give Johnny congrates from Steve, Cody and Brooke. We are all fired up about this week even more now. That right there is what its all about! WOW. I have shot two PA bears two Saskatchewan buck and ton of PA deer and none of that even compares to my kids getting ther first deer. I love the feeling of seeing their excitment.
