Yeah you can. ALso I saw a white one with blue hood. I was going to get it but decided to finish the gang war first but I was on 40 something and they blew my ass up with a pipe bomb I was really pissed and haven't seen one since. I am trying to find one again right now.
Oh you can get the slamvan on the mission "heavy toll" that you do with malc the elizabeta torrez mission. When you get in the slamvan just take off and leave malc behind or just kill him then take it to a safehouse and it is yours.
@angryclaudespeed I just managed to get a gang burrito. I did that mission where you are meant to blow up 3 of them driving around Alderney. I blew up the first 2, and killed the driver of the 3rd, stole it and took it next to a pay and spray
I crashed it until the engine set on fire and that passed me the mission and then I quickly went into the pay and spray.

@angryclaudespeed Hmm. Im also trying to find a slamvan. Only saw a slamvan once and I had to destroy it for the gang war.
