  • I dont care how big your house is, or how heavy you sleep!! The parents have always claimed they "NEVER" heard a scream? Yet neighbours in a compleately different house were awoken by a childs scream? BULL that the parents didnt hear..... Im not saying the parents are guilty, but im pretty sure I read somewhere MORE then ONE neighbour heard this scream. If more then one heard and the parents didnt in the same house-thats odd and has never sat well with me...

  • omg I cant even go further than the first second of this video

    poor Jonbenet :(

    RIP <3

  • might be that those dellusional person was Patsy Ramsey who killed her, because she was involved in a Carismatic subkultur named Mkultra

,but the sexual assault comes from an indentified MALE PERSON.

crazygurl 1139 can you please explan to me what does seeman mean?i'm from Europa.

  • @Geri843 semen is sperm

  • @crazygurl1139

    ok thx

  • It's fair to consider bed wetting in general. But this little victim appeared to have a reason.

I watched one stage display in her latter life, where unlike others, she had anxiety very prevalent. Something is gross and wrong about this child's death.

  • What's Cimen of Simen or however you spell it?

  • @emilygrace4ever semen is sperm pretty much

  • The ramson note is off the wall and who would know about the little room in the basement? If you're innocent you would jump at the chance to take a lie detector test!

  • @Loganscouthiker well its a replica of JonBenet it wasnt ever meant to look like that, she was never meant to end up like that..she had a life to live and some sick, twisted dellusional person took that away from her.

  • who would do that to a 6 year old she would be a good pop star to me that is so sad

  • @SELINABALLARD she wasnt a pop star she was a pageant queen and was seemed to be a lovely little girl..the sick person(s) who did this should be hanged, quartered and split.

  • omg!

  • I remember i wet the sheets at the age of 7 and my mom hit me because of that :(

  • Ok... She is white cuz she is not breathing

  • killer has never been found, evidence got ruined, they aren't as advanced as it is now. if it happened nowadays no way would they had a cold case

  • he found her, and if he knew she was down there I doubt he would have beeen all "I found her!" he would have like closed the door and been like "Nothing here." I bet it was their friend or neighbor. One heard I scream and did nothing, the guy had looked around and if your searching a house you don't just let the room stay dark, you LOOK They had terrible ways of handling things, he brought jb upstairs bcuz he found his little girl dead, he acted not thought. they had bad protocol. thats why the

  • note that only someone who knew them would know. And not to be insulting but the father was the educated one, and no hand writing matched and they wouldn't have put things that could make them look one bit suspicious. Patsy spent every waking moments with those kids, you'd have to be one sick son of a bitch to do that, and I don't think a mother could have done that, or a father, not to their child, not that cruel. The father went in the basement first because he was told to because its protocal

  • They had absolutely zero evidence that the parents did it. They were close with so many people, and parents don't just kill their kid one day, there are always signs of some kind of abuse before hand, and a child that young would be psychological damaged by that, it wouldn't have gone un-seen with two young children who probably couldn't keep a secret to save their soul. They were kids. I think it was a neighbor, or someone who knew them. They asked for his exact bonus, wrote little hints in the

  • why does her body scare me

    R.I.P baby girl <3

  • this is so horribly sad. PLEASE! hug your kids, kiss them goodnight, and keep them safe. jon benet, died a very horrible death, and never got justice, please if anything you get from watching this, its to keep your kids safe. there is no such thing as being too safe when it comes to your children. god, there is a lot ( too many ) sick people out there. REST IN PEACE JON BENET <3 ;(

  • where was this shown ..... and when

  • this case is like that here in mexico there, the parents and family members entered the house and could not see evidence that there were people there, which seems funny q to copy this event for them to do something with her daughter.

  • i wet the sheets till i was 11, was something deeply wrong with me?

  • @natashkin1 no, every kid is different. people have their theories and blah. bed wetting happens for different reasons. Nothing is wrong with you.

  • @crazygurl1139 alright, thanks for taking time for reassuring! :)

  • @natashkin1 anytime :)

  • @natashkin1 Absolutely not. I still had times where I wet the bed at 13. I think even once at age 14. Sometimes it happens because there's trauma in the child's life. Sometimes it just happens. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. There's nothing wrong with you.

  • @chattycookie thank you :) one problem has gone but there are another ton to worry about lol ton of phobias, low self-esteem and body dysmorphic disorder...my entire childhood, still have it till this day...not complaining...just saying.. ))

  • @natashkin1 Sigh. I hear ya there. Though I'm better at dealing with stuff like that than I was in my teens (well, I'm still only 19 but the high school years I mean) and childhood.

  • @chattycookie good for you, i'm dealing with mines better too, way better, self esteem has gone up comparing to teen years )) but body dysmorphic is tricky, it's like picking on myself and being a perfectionist in the same time....anyhow, i'm working at so it'll be alright eventually. It just should. :)

  • @natashkin1 I know people who wet their sheets in the army lolz. They got discharged fast but we got a laugh

  • I hope this movie shows how they tried to book it out of state as soon as possible, calling lawyers and their pilot, and then did not cooperate with police AT ALL, despite what the media reported.

  • Her mother killed her because she wet the bed. She was being sexually abused, it was proven in autopsy, and that's what sexually abused kids do.. They wet the bed. Fucking sick. patsy you dumb sow, I hope you're in hell right now

  • @seonfox the mother did not kill her the dna said it was a unknown male

  • This is disturbing and sad. RIP JONBENET

  • she sings alot better than the real jonbenet

  • About the father suspiciously going directly to the basement when asked to searched again. ... It's like his own hunch as a father and a intellectual being. Its just like when you lost something of your own or that's dearly attached to you and it's like you feel where it is. There was no break in that happened, and they know and they were the ones who tuck their child in that night. As a father and an owner of the house, he'd know directly which part is most hidden.

  • when I first read the story, I had thought that the family actually knows something because of the actions or things they might have said that made them suspicious and become suspects, but then I thought I was actually wrong. They were rich, and Mr. Ramsey could pay anyone to have some pleasures of himself. And they have hired people just to solve the case and locate the perpetrator and offered amounts of money.

  • When I first saw a picture of JonBenet and then read about how they were religious I thought, how odd to have her little daughter training for this beauty stuff and wearing make up at such a young age. I smelled a rat right then. I wondered if there was sexual abuse and it had to be covered up otherwise they would lose their standing in the community. Then they find the semen and her violent death. Tragic. Any other perpetrator would be on death row.

  • @aftereight01 I believe there's evidence everywhere in this case that says that the parents did it. Patsy definitely wrote the note. And it's suspicious that JB's skull was fractured, but the killer still used a garrote. It seems like a red herring. Maybe a parent got angry with JB and the blow to the head killed her. Panicking, they staged a murder. I may be wrong, but I think it's possible that might have happened.

  • Rip jonbenet ramsey princess

  • I'm not saying it was the father, because obviously i don't know. But it was a bit suspicious how he went straight to the basement when being asked to look around. And if he didn't kill her, why did he pick her up and carry her upstairs, probs because he thought if they found his fingerprints etc... on her they'd think it was from when he carried her, not killed her.

But of course however, he could have just panicked and parental instincts kicked in which is fair enough. Thats just my opinion.

  • @TwilightGossip100 He went to the basement first because he was told to do another search, it makes sense to work your way up. He was in shock, he didnt know if she want dead. He did want any father would of done in panic and bring his little girl up to try and save her. But sadly it was too late. Most people dont sit and think when their child is missing, they panic and do a lot of wrong choices. You can't just blame John for bring her upstairs. You have to blame Boulder as well..... -->

  • @crazygurl1139 Boulder didn't handle the case with proper care, they allowed the family's friends all in the house, they didn't search the house long enough, i believe about a few hours. when it should of taken at least a day. They didn't want help from the FBI or other stations who has experience in situations like that. You have to look at other mistakes as well. The ramsey's did whatever they could to help boulder but instead they got blamed and looked down on. The whole thing is screwed up.

  • @crazygurl1139 I know, I'm not blaming the father. I'm just saying i think it was a bit suspicious. My opinion. And I did say about him just being a parent and just panicking and stuff. But for all we know he could have known she was dead, people cane be pretty good liars. That's just my opinion

And I completely agree, the police etc... were stupid and didn't handle the case with care.

  • @TwilightGossip100

Wasn't she raped though? Wouldn't they be able to gather DNA from that and be able to compare it to the fathers? They must have had some DNA as when that other guy confessed to the murder, he was released as his DNA didn't match the one taken from the case.

  • @Xxnadia85xX New DNA tests have cleared all family members as suspects, the results show she was murdered by an unknown male, so yeah they have managed to do that.

When I posted that comment, I didn't realize DNA show they were innocent, I was just expressing my opinion.

  • @TwilightGossip100 the neighbor actually suggested they start from the bottom up.

  • Im totally appalled by beauty pageants for little kiddies 'I want to be a cowboy sweetheart?' perfect material for child abusers and sickos.

  • @crazygurl1139 wat did he/she say

  • @venom1234afi She asked if the body was the real Jonbenet, so I flipped lol :)

  • POLICE MESSED UP 100%

    PARENTS DID IT 100%

    ACCIDENTAL 80%

  • police just blame patsy and she never did it who would kill her child

  • Why would someone call the police after being specifically told not to or the child would die.

I know that if it were my daughter, I would follow the kidnappers instructions to a zero tolerance.

Yet the first thing they do after seeing the note is call the police.

    Weird.

  • @bashfulbrother you're right and John Ramsey later admitted he made mistakes. but I understand how they must've felt. they were distraught and couldn't think straight. most people would've done what he did. let the authorities handle it. but in this case, according to the ransom note, they were being watched. so maybe Jonbenet was still alive until they called 911. then they killed her and ran off. that house is too big and has too many trees around it.

  • @dhom100 I have often wondered if she wasn't dead the night before. All we have to vouch for her TOD is the parents word. What if she was dead before they got home?

  • @bashfulbrother why because the police said her tombstone had a date of Dec 25th? no I seriously doubt that her parents lied about her death. I would bet my money that it was a planned kidnapping that went wrong when Jonbenet woke up and scream. A neighbor heard a child screaming late that night but Police couldn't explain it.

  • @dhom100 The reason they put december 25th instead of the 26th because they though Jonbenet would of liked it. Gotta read their book, It explains why they choose that date.

  • @dhom100 No, it has nothing to do with the stone. The problem is the Ramseys have been caught in one lie after another. Once their credibility is lost everything they say is open to question. I know that the neighbor heard a scream. There are too many discrepancies in every theory. If it was a kidnapping gone wrong, at 8:00 am they had no way of knowing that JB was dead, and yet they called the police. Where in the world did John R. go for an hour? No, someone is covering for somebody.

  • @bashfulbrother ok but still doesn't mean they lied. put yourself in their shoes. when you just lost your

daughter, your mind is racing and can't express your thinking coherently. so I understand how difficult it was for them to get the story straight. they didn't know she was dead. they only knew she was missing. their instinct was to call the police; that's what any loving parent would've done. let the authorities handle it. what are the discrepancies? John R gone for an hour??

  • @dhom100 Oh, I agree that the stress of the moment would most certainly color your responses. I have no problem with that. The biggest problem is that even after the initial stress had passed they still refused to disclose the truth. There were obvious discrepancies between their declarations and the facts at the scene. John R disappeared for an hour between 10 - 11 on the day of the discovery. I don't think to this point he has revealed where he was and what he was doing. The pineapple?

  • @bashfulbrother initially they were completely cooperative with the police until their attorneys advise them not to grant interviews. as a result, the police, media, and public became suspicious about them. they did grant a CNN interview. I don't think John Ramsey ever disappeared between 10-11. he was in the house with the others. his neighbors and friends can vouch for it. the police must've claimed he disappeared. The pineapple it's possible Jonbenet ate some without her parents' knowledg

  • @dhom100 Well, I have read in several accounts that JR took off at 10 and didn't come back til 11 or so. They were never able to ascertain where he was or what he was doing. As far as the pineapple, Patsy said that she didn't know where it came from yet her and Burkes fingerprints were on the bowl and spoon. Jonbenet's were not. Why did she say that she didn't know where it came from? This is one of those little blurbs that point to an attempt to hide facts.

  • @bashfulbrother again I think it was tragic moment that made it hard for them to get story straight. and also police was trying to convict them. I would be pissed if police consider me as suspect in killing my own child. I for one don't have that in me. any loving parent would be pissed.

  • @dhom100 They may have been cooperative for about 2 hours but their attorney friend told them the day of the discovery that they should be using attorneys and they clammed up.

All I can say is that if it were my child and I wasn't guilty of something I would be phoning the police every hour and totally compliant with their wishes. No matter how it's played here something stinks with the Ramseys.

  • I hope they reopen this case. its something they need to do.

  • she was so young so cute so so so so so so so when find out who did it I'm going to slap him/her silly

  • that little girl is too old for that part lol

  • this made me cry so hard when i saw her autosy :'(

  • i just putting this out there but the bed wetting is a sign of sexual abuse in alot of cases. the kids get nervous in the presence of the abuser. the autospy found evidence of harm done to her vaginal area consistent with sexual abuse.

  • @fleurgi When I was her age I wet the bed just like she did, and that was because I had Diabetes Incipedis (called that because it has some of the same symptoms of diabetes, it's not related in any way) and it wasn't diagnosed till I was 11. It's possible she had it too, and even if she didn't, it doesn't prove anything. All kids wet the bed at her age, and it was just a rumor that she did so that frequently. Know the facts before you accuse someone.

  • @Wunterwafffen i'm not accusing him i was just putting it out there. i have a person from my high school who was molested by her dads best friend when she was little and she had the courage to share her story with the class for "empowerment" day something that my high school did every year and had guest speakers talking about a variety of issues they have overcome. anyways this girl who was in my bio class shared her story. her mom noticed that she frequently had bed wetting episodes

  • @fleurgi It's true bedwetting can be a sign of sexual abuse, and apparently it's so in your friend's case. Next time you see her, tell her I'm sorry for her and feel her pain. And the bitch who did it will feel God's wrath. (And mine if I were present. *evil grin*)

  • @Wunterwafffen around certain times when her dads best friend was around. the girl said that what she felt caused her bed wetting at these times was the nervousness she had when the man that raped her was around staying at the house and when the abuse took place. when he wasn't around she was fine and didn't wet her bed. i wasn't outrightly accusing jonbenets father of anything as i said i was putting it out there for consideration. there r a variety of reasons for bed wetting. don't jump at me

  • @fleurgi not Necessarily she cud hav had a bladder problem cuz my great grandmother, my mother, and my older cousin all wet da bed until dey reached their pre teens.

  • the ramseys love there kids so much the police f..ked up from day 1 and wen that happens they blame the mother and father to make them selfs look better R.I.P JONBENT AND PATSY MAY USE BE TOGETER FOREVER IN HEAVEN

  • @karen9119 they are in heaven together:)

    we'll see them one day.

  • what I don't get is why the searched the house, when until her body was found it was a presumed kidnapping. That always seemed strange. You have a kidnap note but still search? Kidnappers take the victim away and hold him or her for ransom. Something doesn't add up

  • @ReviewCam Well actually they didn't search the house AFTER the police told them to, because they thought she got kidnapped. :S ..but still it doesnt add up! They killed her but in their ransom note they said they had her. strange...

  • :( " i wanna be a cowboy sweetheart, i wanna learn to rope and to ride...":(

  • @mjlego77 i heard someone singing that in a movie yesterday morning and i instantly thought of jonbenet in her cowgirl outfit.

  • autopsy photos? i saw the real 1s. REALLY SCARY!!!!

  • @mjlego77 - Aren't they?

  • they didn't find semen, it turned out to be soap residue from her body being clean or wiped down. Soap shows up on the test the same as semen or blood. It was misreported as semen through the media when they were trying to attached child porn to the father.

  • @kittycatluvr98989 leave her alone

  • @crazygurl1139 stop being mean in everyy response u have something hateful to say u should leave people alone agai hes just stating an opnion get a life

  • @kittycatluvr98989 - Wow! I can't believe the comments I'm reading on this movie site. Whenever someone asks an honest question, it seems to get wicked - really fast! I like reading comments here on YouTube; however, this board is quite disturbing.

Ignore nasty replies. These boxes are here to ask, say, and/or respond to the pertinant material in the videos. Your question was valid, in my opinion, and didn't warrant the responses you received.

    Regards,

    B.

  • She was such a pretty little thing, I hope they find the person who did this and throw the book at them.

  • @kittycatluvr98989 Why would it be her? This was made after Jonnie was buried, and the parents would never allow their daughter's body to be used for a movie. If you would do that to your child then there's something wrong with you. For some of the facial closeups they may have used the real actress, but I doubt it.

  • @missAlessa2009 i dont know?! ok i m sorry this is done k! watever i dont care n e more! this is all behind us! k bye

  • LOL! Looks like someone's not too good at spelling.

  • @spulkagent47 What the fuck! fuck off and harass someone else video, fucking freak!

  • @crazygurl1139 u r such a bitch. u truly r crazy.

  • @crazygurl1139 hahaha, i love how u take shit from no one

  • No, that is not really her. This movie was made after Jonbenet was laid to rest. The body that you see lying on the autopsy table is actually a doll, made to look like what Jonbenert supposedly looked like.

  • @scorpianofthesun ok thanx at least someone is bein nice about it.

  • @kittycatluvr98989 I don't get why people get so mad at others for asking a question. It's just a question.

  • @scorpianofthesun i know right all i wanted to know is if it really was her but she had to go off on me wanna be friends?

  • srry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it just looks like a real body and kinda looks likie her so its not really my fault i was just wondering. O_O

  • the video is so creepy...can't imagine what jonbenet what went through..

  • at 3:9 is that the blood that they said was in her underwear

  • she was beautful sweet littlle girl with a lot of talent rip sweet angle

  • wow its so crazy how sick and stupid ppl can be.that little girl was so innocent she should have died peacefully.

    WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER JONNIEB!

  • Well even though that isn't JonnieB she looks like her

    RIP Jonbenet!

  • omg that body at the begining isnt real is it

  • No, it is a maniquin! They wouldn't really show a real dead body, exspecially since this was made like a year or two after the murder.

  • Not to mention it would be extremely distasteful and disrespectful.

  • lol no it's a mannequin of the little girl that played jonbenet in the movie.

  • i don't know why you got a thumbs down, i have seen the autopsy photos. they have been taken down from where i saw them.

  • her parents did not do it, no way.

  • i didnt watch the other parts did it actually SHOW her being killed? if so this movie is even more terrifying

  • The movie is an enactment of the novel Perfect Murder, Perfect Town. That is NOT JonBenet's actual body and there were no reenactments of her murder. That would have been impossible because only two people know how that happened, JonBenet and her killer, who is still unknown. It's a chilling movie, but it does present the truth in a way that is very blunt.

  • @lovepink1214 Not only that, but I also believe that the murder reenactment would have been too gruesome for film makers to show. From viewing autopsy photos, the autopsy report and reading several books on the case, we have a good ides of what happened. She was strangled and bashed over the head. As to exactly how it happened, when it happened, and who did it, that we don't know.

  • This movie was obvisouly made to make the parents look like the killer. :(

  • no,

they just gave the facts of the case.

i believe thats all they intended in this film.

everything in this movie is based on facts, u know?

  • the investigators said that they found undigested pineapple in jonbenet's stomach so i guess the muderer was someone she knew so while the muderer was making the ramson note he gave her pineapple to keep her busy.

  • the body lookis like a doll

  • thats because it is a doll..

  • OMG HORROR

  • I know this is a film and i no this isnt JonBenets actual body but it is horrible to see her body laid on the slab like that, cant imagine what they were like when this actually happend.

  • If you're joking that's...just weird if you are seriously asking it's okay some people don't know. Semen is the fluid that comes out of a guy duing sex. it has the sperm in it and the sperm travels to the egg...hopefully you know the rest. On the black light scan a bodily fluid showed up on JonBenet at first the examiners thought it was semen but it later turn out to be dried blood.

  • whats semon?

  • it's sperm hunni

  • If you think her parents didnt kill her becuase they made money then thats stupid..And yeah the body has serious issues.

  • the parents did not kill her

they were making so much money off that child

  • @officialpickle they were already rich before she died so why would they need to make money off of their daugther?

  • If their were semen on her then why did they ever think Patsy did it??

  • it wasn't semen. Please look for the facts with a recreation of a rl situation in a movie before you share an opinion based on limited knowledge. =)

  • @seafra09 If it wasn't semen, then what was it?

  • @jessicakennon Because she could have made them done the ransome note, or thought up of the whole kidnapping.

  • @jessicakennon Because they claimed it was blood. Retards.

  • @Wunterwafffen what? How the hell can you mistake Semen for blood? It doesn't take a genius to know the difference between the two...

  • @jessicakennon That's my point. How could they "think" it was semen then "find out" it was blood? Because they lied thru their teeth.

  • @Wunterwafffen ahh... yeah they are idiots.

  • @jessicakennon the unidentified male DNA found on her body wasn't semen. any part of the human body can have DNA, even saliva. more than likely the Ramseys were targeted and stalked, possibly by somebody they knew. Investigators should've done better job collecting evidence. they continue to search for a DNA match, when they do, that's when the case will finally be solved.

  • @jessicakennon Cos Patsy might be jealous of whoever was doing her doter.

  • @jessicakennon They found out later that it wasn't semen though.

  • The man at 2:12 with the interview is kinda sketchy. Maybe it's just me. or were they trying to make him that way?

  • I blame the Boulder police, 100%.

  • I blame them too. There was a lot of evidence that pointed to an intruder, but the police ignored it. And the way they handled it was pretty bad too. If I was a detective working on a murder case, I would not let people into the house, where valuble evidence could be tampered with. I thought that was the first mistake they made.

Second, does anyone know if the beauty pageants Jonbenet participated in were checked out? I mean, did the police question the people who worked there to see

  • if they noticed anything or anybody that just...didn't it right with them?

  • good movie they could at least make the body look real we can tell its fake

  • I don't think they were expecting people to focus on the body so much instead of the case. Besides, to me... it looks like this movie was made on a low budget...

  • yea....but they dressed her lyke wat she had on

  • Yeh i agree.. Very cheap!!

  • good movie. but the girl they picked to play JonBenet doesn't even look at her

  • yea

  • They were thinking of making one with Dakota Fanning, but she'e too old now. Dakota wasn't pretty enough to play JonBenet anyway...

  • how old is this movie?

  • the movie came out on 03 for about 5 years

  • Can someone please explain the interview with John White (I belive thats his name)? I seen this scene alot and never understood it....It would be well appreciated. R.I.P JonBenet, almost 12 years with out her, wow

  • the the police wanted to know what happen when they went into the basement then he's telling them that he went into the basement looking for Jonbenet and they are talking about the broken window. They are his point of view when him and John went searching. i hope the clears it

  • Thank you :)

  • your welcome :)

  • its fleet white by the way, but crazygurl is correct

  • Oh Okay thanks :)

  • I believe all children are

  • what you believe what?
