The only reason Hondas are fast is 'cause the final drive on their transaxle is 4:11 and the actual gears are really short also. If they had normal gearing like the rest of us, they would be so much slower. Oh, and the Civic vs. Ferrari, the 'vic kept blocking the "Ferrari".

obviously you haven't owned a honda. I thought the same thing until I accidentally came across a good example. Plus, I'm pretty sure any vtec made before 2000 can beat 15 seconds to 60, even after the 5th owner's done with it.
plus, at least it will still do the sprint to 60 the same way 20 years later. can your car? Don't think yours lasted over 10.

Im also pround to say that my C280 not only is twice as fast to 60 as your crx but can do it a little faster than what it was originally specd at. Which it was originally specd at 0-60 in 8 seconds.

and ur... comparing '97 to '88? comon now. compare ur C280 to a '97 civic R! nearly half the displacement and can almost match 197 hp.

Unless its been tuned up, I can assure you its lost alot of horses over the years.
