Looks tasty,it does but dont nuttin beat a slice of deep dish Chicago style, in ma book...Ya need a knife, fork, shovel & a roll of paper towels to get it all down ....
@tredeep I'm sorry, but that is not pizza. You need to be able to fold it and pick it up...there's something wrong with calling pizza what chicago people call pizza. It's closer to a pie than it is to real pizza. Granted, it's good, but calling it pizza just is wrong, IMO.

Pizza is not supposed to be eaten with a knife and fork. It's meant to be something you pick up, fold, and bite into while grease is dripping down your cheeks. Chicago-style "pizza" is more of a pie than it is pizza. It's got more in common with a pot pie than it does a pizza.
