I like the video and it was very helpful I just have one thing for you! for the door and the stairs if you use the cheat moveobjects on you will be able to place the door even after the stairs is been placed not that it makes much difference I just thought I share since your video help me out!

Looks like this cheat code makes more options on sims 3 than sims 2, all before i tough sims 3 was made to forbid the making of half floors all because it was using cheat code
