  • I do push up likes these. but it not with the clench fist. and i do 10 so it does 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5.....ect to10 and I like to break it up the days I do them one day be close another day it be regular and then wide.trying to break 10 right now but i'm like dead after 10 one ill need more time lol

  • If you want to hit someone and not break your wrist, you need to learn how to hit with the bottom 3 knuckles. This gives the strongest wrist alignment, try in on a heavy bag. All the old time bare knuckle boxers knew this, they could go several rounds w/o breaking their wrists. Karateka traditionally strike hard targets with hammerfists and palms, but if you punch a hard target with your first 2 knuckles you are asking for a broken wrist.

  • Maybe you're boxing, but in Kung-Fu, a punch with the bottom 3 knucles is often used. You can try it yourself on a punching bag or on... anything. It's really not the same type of impact, and I admit the reflex is to use the front 2, but once your bottom knuckle is strenghten, this punch can become be very powerfull.

  • No i do the only Shaolin hard style which is the Tiger ripping system and theres only one punch that uses the back 3 nuckles which is a rising horse punch. and press ups arn't ment to be done on the back 3 because it can lead to damaging your wrists as well as it not strenghening the nuckles which get used the most

  • seeing as you failed to read anything in my video, you wouldnt know that I dont have a camera. The camera used in that video was my friends, I helped him test the quailty of the audio and video. Watch other expert village videos, you'll see it too. They fail.

  • Yea, some of the Expert Village Vids do fail but some are note worthy but I wouldn't say all the Expert Village stuff fails.

  • when u r takin knuckle push up u should ensure that only the bones of the middle finger and the fore finger should touch the earth.here all others except those mentioned ABOVE is touching the earth.this is essential to make ur punchingvery powerful.

  • this is a load of crap due to the fact press ups on ur nuckles is not adviced because it can ruin ur ligiments in the rist just stick with normal press ups if u want a proper military puss up just type in british army puss ups.

  • @lloydy073 while that can be true as long as your older then 18 years (ideally 21 years old) and you use the nuckles of the middle and index fingers being the strongest two nuckles in the hand you should be okay. additionally you will also get some conditioning on said nuckles which will improve your effectiveness of your punch.

  • As NishidoKa said, dont use the back three knuckles. Use the two closest to the thumb.

  • Actually i would say its best to do train both set of knuckles. The two bigger ones and the back three. Since when Your in a fight there is no certancy which group of knuckles going to hit and it if it not properly condition you'll either break them or it'll hurt alot. So do both types to be on the safe side

  • Uhmm... if anybody's thinking of trying this... don't use your back three knuckles like these guys are showing you. You should use the front two knuckles. It's harder, but better for the wrists and elbows.
