Jeff9889bodychange- Thanks for your comment man. I guess I was unclear regarding Gene. First of all, your right, he isn't following the P90X diet at all so his results will suffer. As for his exercise routine, he is doing P90x OR running 5-7 miles a day- not both. If its nice outside he prefers running to yoga, kenpo, etc. Hope that clears that up because I'm certain others questioned the same thing.
keep it up, but don't tell lies there is no way that Gene guy is running five to seven miles a day and doing p90x and only lost 5 pounds for a month impossible. and if he is he's got to be eating like 5000 calories aday. Im not trying to undermind what your doing i truly hope you finish your goal because i love seeing great before and after videos but keep it real!!!
dac086 This pullup bar is one I found at Walmart. Its made by Perfect Fitness. I want to say it was only like $24.99 or so. My favorite part about the bar is that it has the handles you mentioned. Not only does it help protect the door but it extends the bar beyond the door frame; making it perfect for those wide grip pullups.
Thanks! I can't lie, the motivation comes and goes in waves. Some weeks we're all fired up. Other weeks we hit a wall. That's one of the good things about the program though; when we start to lose that fire, a whole new set of videos is introduced and we get that spark back! Plus our subscribers and followers keep us motivated so thank you!
Well you know what you've done and what you've accomplished. Who needs an image to remind you of what used to be anyway? Besides if you're on phase 3 now, you've got to be proud of yourself. As for me, I'm trying to think of those as "goodbye" photos instead of before anyway. Keep us posted on how you're doing. Thanks
