I see your thumb peaking over the guitar next alot. If you concentrate on keeping your finger on the mid to upper back of the neck and straighten your fingers more as you have them very slanted causing finger placement to be harder, you will notive a world of difference with this technique :) Just some advice from a fellow girl guitarist.
