It has 21 frets for start and it says it on the headline " Fender Standard Stratocaster " which means a mexican one, else it would be "Fender American Standard Stratocaster"

This Strat is Mexican. Else, it would have been shown as Fender American Standard Stratocaster, as in another video!!!
