  • hey man i have male and fermale male plakat and it will be my first time to breed plakat and if you interested go to my video and look

  • do you keep your male with your females? Doesnt the male kill the females

  • @MrBettadragon

The male will only nip at the female... sometimes however if you get a really aggressive male, he will kill the female, that's why you only introduce them whenever you are planning on breeding

  • bro where are you living in metro manila

  • im 10 years old and i breed betta fish

  • Did the new couple ever end up breeding?

  • @SuperBeach10

I'm positive they didn't breed, because he didn't have the right set-up

  • you should make a video of all your bettas, each individual ones :D also you should set-up a single individual tank for breeding and just have one male and one female, obviously after you conditioned them and they are ready (pretty sure you have been successful in breeding by now, since video is from '09) but nice video

  • love your betta basement!

  • very messy eh? i think very nice!

  • aye so how u recover the bettas cuz mines r all sick?

  • ur torturing the middle fish in the first tank in my opinion.

  • yes they like each other...u can really see but u should never put in other fish when introducing the pair together and u shouldnt put in a strong filter like that...use a sponge filter again like ive mention b4....drop the water level to 4-5 inch high with no filter on, let the 2 stay like how u did and use half foam cup or big IAL and let the male build his nest while u condition the female by feeding her twice the amount u give her,let her loose next day and see wat happen, lmk if u need INFO

  • the first tank at 00:52 with the big filter is not good...the current is too sponge for them...try using SPONGE FILTER....works good for bettas and recommended as well in breeding....

  • nice set up you got there!
