@nike613 While that's not what sniping should be, it's what sniping has become in CoD. The one shot to the chest allows for easy kills, the maps are poorly designed for snipers so you have to be fast. It's almost as if they didn't want snipers being used in black ops. They are not practical in most situations and really you only use them because you enjoy using a sniper rifle.
