I remember when i was kid me and my friend got a lot of Enfer magazine. And there were a lot of wonderful french heavy metal bands.We said then:Hey, France really rocks with Sortilege, Blaspheme and Attentat rock. I still have LP of Attentat rock and Sortilege and audio tape of Blaspheme, Satan jokers and Demon eyes(they sounded wonderful in french).

The same thing happened with French bands: NIGHTMARE, FISC, and WARNING.

They all got a new lead singer, and then fell apart shortly afterward.

I don't know the reasons behind it but it is a shame.

à l'époque j'amais le heavy metal, mais j'étais plûtot ska/reggae/punk rock, aux concerts de ce style, on était pas beaucoup aux cheveux ras et blousons harrington.
