@MrHelperforreal, I would love a strong woman like that too. Wonder Woman along with Supergirl are my top two favorite female heroesses of DC Comics. One is the Amazon Princess Of Themyscera and the other is a Kryptonian girl from Argo City next door on Krypton where her cousin Kalel is from. I love a strong Wonder Woman I can be her Superman also against the baddies.

i really like her fighting style. mixing in kicks and punches that would send an opponent flying but grabbing them just before they launch and throwing them the other way, its just so cool looking

@Batman007Edward, Yes this was the animated Wonder Woman movie because Deimas was not in the Justice League and Justice League:Unlimited Animated Series. The animated movie was EPIC!!!! I liked the whole film and at the end when Cheetah showed up Princess Diana was back in action and had to cut her date short with the pilot to battle evil as Wonder Woman.
I was sooo excited when I saw her rip her dress off, but too bad her armour was on... I was really hoping to see her bra and thong... and with that said, I wanna tangle with her like that, Its a real Turn on!!!
I like the animation in this incarnation of wonderwoman. She actually looks like a real WOMAN in this movie, not some buffy-esque bikini model that looks like she could get knocked over by a breeze.
Wonderwoman is supposed to be a -warrior-, whic includes having *gasp* muscles. It's why I always had trouble watching Xena or Buffy... I just couldn't believe that those women could actually be fighters in any real sense.. they didn't have the body or the movement for it.

In this one Wonder Woman got her licks off on her opponent and display her strength against her opponent. She did show she could really hurt the opponent but she subdued him for questioning with the lasso of truth.

It's very unfortunate that this animated film did so poorly in the "Direct to DVD" market that Warner Video decided NOT to do more "female" lead cartoons for the time being. This animated film "eventually" did make it's investment back but not to the liking of WB's "powers-that-be" that the producers had to "cancel" a possible "Batgirl" animated film. The sad thing is this Wonder Woman film is actually very good, just unappreciated.

Brad Bird's The Iron Giant was a masterpiece but it's evening shows were cancelled after only one week of play! So Brad Bird had to go back to Disney and direct very commercial cgi movies! Why the hell did they make Hades such a fat asshole in this movie. I mean should the God of the underworld look like oh I don't know the grim spectre of DEATH but nooooo let make him look like rosie o'donnell. And why is Ares such a pussy? At least in Justice League his manipulative scheming persona is fitting, and allows WW a plausible avenue of defeating him by screwing up his plans. Things like this piss me off since they really detract from what is otherwise a great movie.

Pick up her comic or the JLU comics sometime. They usually make her (and Superman) weaker in cartoon depictions. She's not as strong as superman, but she's not far behind at all. She helped him and Martian Manhunter pull the Earth. She also helped pull the Moon. She's taken a nukes, lifted tanks, great martial arts skill, and has faster reflexes than just about anyone except the Flash. That doesn't even include the crazy stuff that her lasso and bracers can do and the other powers she has.

In this one Wonder Woman got her licks off on her opponent and display her strength against her opponent. She did show she could really hurt the opponent but she subdued him for questioning with the lasso of truth.

@wumeista4645 WW had fought Supergirl in Supergirl comic, and WW won. In fact, Justice League comic lists WW the strongest woman in the league. I too would love to see that in animation form.

It's very unfortunate that this animated film did so poorly in the "Direct to DVD" market that Warner Video decided NOT to do more "female" lead cartoons for the time being. This animated film "eventually" did make it's investment back but not to the liking of WB's "powers-that-be" that the producers had to "cancel" a possible "Batgirl" animated film. The sad thing is this Wonder Woman film is actually very good, just unappreciated.

Both of their sequels, and Aquaman, Batgirl, and Teen Titans films were canceled as a result.

@klaflare -Actually, the video eventually earned back all its investment BUT it took time which apparently to WB Big-Wigs was not good enough. So, they put a halt to any female lead projects that were in the works. :(

@angelzr When Batman Mask of the Phantasm was released to theaters it had next to no advertising and quickly went to vhs tapes! Brad Bird's The Iron Giant was a masterpiece but it's evening shows were cancelled after only one week of play! So Brad Bird had to go back to Disney and direct very commercial cgi movies! And Fantastic Mr. Fox had no visible publicity! Both movies were produced by Allison Abbate. Hype for cgi is unfair to high quality, well written, hand made animation!Dumb downrules!

Why the hell did they make Hades such a fat asshole in this movie. I mean should the God of the underworld look like oh I don't know the grim spectre of DEATH but nooooo let make him look like rosie o'donnell. And why is Ares such a pussy? At least in Justice League his manipulative scheming persona is fitting, and allows WW a plausible avenue of defeating him by screwing up his plans. Things like this piss me off since they really detract from what is otherwise a great movie.

One thing I'm never to sure about with Wonder Woman is just how powerful she is exactly.
She's pretty strong, that's clear. But I never can quite tell if she's 'lift a tank' or 'lift a supertanker' strong.

Pick up her comic or the JLU comics sometime. They usually make her (and Superman) weaker in cartoon depictions. She's not as strong as superman, but she's not far behind at all. She helped him and Martian Manhunter pull the Earth. She also helped pull the Moon. She's taken a nukes, lifted tanks, great martial arts skill, and has faster reflexes than just about anyone except the Flash. That doesn't even include the crazy stuff that her lasso and bracers can do and the other powers she has.

@Shavarnarak If you read Justice League and WW comics, you'll know how strong she is. She helped pull the Moon together with Martian Manhunter and Superman;has beaten Supergirl in supergirl's own comic and fought Doomsday II and survived. She's supposed to have the strength of the Earth and capable of lifting almost anything on earth. Mind you, DC comic heroes are usually depicted as far stronger than Marvel heroes, i.e they (DC) don't seem to have limit or class strength.
