On popular drill for magazine changes is to have a friend load your mags with an unknown number of rounds. This way you don't know when to expect the gun running dry
This was a CZ 75 Tactical-sport in 9x19mm, the magazine holds 20 rounds, but as yamo1231 said, i put random number of rounds in the magazine so i can practice magazine changes
By moving you're more likely to miss your target. I'd rather maximize my chances of hitting the target. Yes, I know standing still maximizes my chances of getting hit too, but that's why I focus on speed. Hit him before he hits you.
By doing so he makes himself a smaller target. Moving side to side also means more movement in his arms and makes it hard to keep a good picture sight and alignment. I love his fast draw and how smooth he did it. If you notice also he muzzle rise was very minimal. this guy knows what he is doing.
Crouches take time. Move laterally...quick! Try it in force on force training, you get hit ALOT less. I'm not trying to criticize, I'm trying to help. By moving, you stay inside
your adversary's O.O.D.A. loop( observe, orient , decide, act) this gives you the edge for he's REacting to you. He has to constantly change his action to try to counter you. Fast isn't fast, smooth is fast. Firing while backing up and moving laterally is hell of alotof fun to train! good video, nice controlled pair.
I agree with you and im also familiar with tactics you described but i had a little problem making this video - i forgot the tripod at home, so i had very limited space for filming (the camera was on the only pillar out there)
Check out my channel, i have more interesting videos there about tactical shooting and mil-sim airsoft.
Firing whilst moving backwards is risky i agree with moving laterally but if you move backwards and fall its game over, better to fire off a few rounds turn and pepper pot backwards into cover
very smooth... nicely done. Keeping a low profile in a gun fight is how you get to go home...

Good stance
Great balance
Fair/Good Trigger control (maybe)
Mag change.. loss contact with target(s)
keep your head up and "work" in front of your field of vision (dropped gun down for change)
Overall (as an observer).. Very NICE!
