Is this fellow related to Ray Atkins who used to have the duck voice on WNOX in Knoxville, Tennessee back in the fifties? Played great dobro.

I recorded Duck at Merlefest last year doing a Patsy Cline number (featured on my channel). He's quite a performer!

This guy has tremendous vocal control! Most people who do this kind of voice can't control the pitch too well--this guy's the BEST!
