the monitors are rather cheap ones from a store in cologne (germany) called Fame 5060.

the headphones are AKGs, K-271 MKII :-)

erstmal Gratulation! Ist echt ein super Video!

Zum zweiten hast du mir ein wenig "Angst" gemacht: Habe mir gerade das Tascam 144Us Mk2 bestellt um damit Gitarre und Gesang aufzunehmen, und dann lese ich dass von der Phantomspeisung und dem Krach in der Gitarre (ich möchte auch das Rode1-Nt verwenden)

Kannst du das ein wenig genauer Beschreiben? Oder hat sich das bereits wieder erledigt?

Erstmal vielen Dank für die Blumen. In der Tat, das Problem mit dem Tascam hat sich etwas relativiert. Allerdings darf man die Aufnahmelautstärke bei der Gitarre tatsächlich nicht zu hoch drehen, wenn die Phantomspeisung an ist, da das ganze sonst zu einem stark hörbaren Rauschen führt...

The mic I use is an Rode NT1-A (like it says in the info box). And the song is in German ;-)

Wait now, that's not German, my fault... Actually it's ment to be latin, but the words don't really make sense, a few just sound a bit "Germanish". As I said: The words don't really make sense, they just try to refer to some people, events etc.

(For example, "Chumi chumi carambolagis, ferrari destructus" refers to an accident Michael Schumacher once had in the formula one...)

Sounds great. How do you like it? Have you ran a guitar through it? I hear that it creats some bothersome sounds sometimes.

the tascam mk2. I've read some people hearing some audible clicks when a supposed green light clicks on pertaining to when you plug a guitar in. Ended up dropping a little more money on a fast track pro, so I wouldn't know though.

Did you just layer the tracks and sing all the melodies or did you use some type of harmonizer?

Nope, I didn't use anything except an equalizer and a little bit of reverb.

Oh, and after I've made my experience with the Tascam, I wouldn't really recommend it; If one tries to record a guitar while having the phantom supply switched on, one gets only plenty of noise... :(
