That or it's super fast metabolism and of course, training for food competitions :D There was also a Japanese show that did a cover on this, apparently some of these "food fighters" have an irregular stomach valve that did not close properly, so food head straight to intestines before being digested ^ _ ^~~

I once watched a Japan TV show trying to find out how those Japanese gluttons could consume so much amount of food by giving them CT scans right after they have eaten excessive amount of food. What they found out was that the valve at the end of their stomach didn't close properly so that whatever they ate almost immediately moved to their intestine without being properly digested. That explains those girls are not obese even though they are able to consume extreme amount of food at one sitti

@felineshadow0221 We don't eat cheeseburgers which meat and cheese, among with other dairy products comes from cows who are forced to eat food containing chemicals and ingredients that make them become obese. Also, we don't have elevators, so walking the stairs we do daily. We don't have as much processed foods, and the asian diet mainly consists out of rice and fish, low sugar and low in fat. Some spices increase the metabolism as well which is included in most meals :)

Though a lot of food here in america is unhealthy and full of chemicals that are illegal to put in food in other countries. So if you wanted to exercise for your appetite you'd need to detox and eat organic.
