  • where is this?????????

    SO beatufiful!!!!!

  • @carlosjtown this is the Mormon Tabernacle choir and their tabernacle in salt Lake city Utah

  • The Trumpet Brass in 1:50 The Choir in 2:04 and a Grand Pianos in 2:35

  • I play this song every year for graduation :]

  • wooooh! I love the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra :D <3 This is amazing!!

  • simplemente, INSUPERABLE

  • I get to ice skate to this for Ice Theatre. It really is a marvelous performance!

  • Disney or Ghibli Studios should animate this piece of music. I can just see all of the ancient athletes in their carts and chariots and boats and on foot, and at 4:31 Mercury bursting through the clouds in a shaft of light, descending to deliver the summons.

Ah, I just love John Williams' music... and WELL DONE! to the Utah Symphony and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Splendid work.

  • This is epic and amazing! But they should have shown the Picollo's and French Horns.!!!!!!

  • Amazing. God is truly great! Thank you John Williams and MTC.

  • Who is conducting ?

  • @GGbreizh The conductor for this performance is Mac Wilberg, he is the Director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

  • John Williams conducting The Mormon Tabernacle Choir & Orchestra? There is only one word to describe that: Epic!

  • Could you please upload "On a Clear Day" from this broadcast?

  • Done!

  • Magnificent performance.

  • I gave it four stars. A very stirring rendition, with very high production values, but having heard this version, I can now see how crucial it is to have JW as the conductor of his own works. Only he can get the the perfect poerformance of his own pieces.

That said, I still admire this performance very much. The choir still sound as bright as ever. THank you for performing a 'non-mainstream' JW piece! It's such a rare thing.
