    Great vid, but too many condiments.

    Soak in red wine for a couple of hours, much better!

  • i go to niagara college and have to grill quail today. It's an independant menu i had to create. Im making a polenta on a tomato sauce with pancetta wrapped satays, veal shank soup, and grilled quail on pomegranate risotto. Ive never made quail, this helped a lot thank you.
