@rEaLiC3 You can't sue someone over a title of a piece of music, movie, art, etc. There are plenty of songs and bands that have the same names. Like Bucky Covington's, A Different World, and Iron Maidens, Different World.
Look them up. Same title but different content, nothing that you can sue someone over.
