On the other hand, he was way more of a threat than most of the other bad guys. Immunity against Spider Sense, brute strength, vicious vendetta, knowledge of Spiderman's life and loved ones, let's face it these reason alone are reason enough not to have him too much. It sucks, but with an arsenal like that, Spiderman wouldn't stand a chance if Venom went all out. Plus he'd be a snappy dresser if he'd have a bit more of a fashion sense, but I suppose that has very little to do with it ;)
