I agree Nicol your layouts are for you and your loved ones. I think so many people loose sight of that when they scrapbook because they are trying so hard to keep up with the joneses. Thanks for the great idea about the buttons. I love the fact that you scrap for yourself, I am the same way. I had a old neighbor that looked at my scrapbooking and said "Oh you scrap the old way" because I tell a story like you do. She just scraped pictures, that's fine for her but I am like you and want to tell the story behind the pictures. I love your scrapbook style, keep it up, I enjoy seeing what you will do next. Love it! The layering of the circles looks great and the pictures are adorable. I love how you focused in on the black and white photo by laying it differently on the layout and framing it.

Thanks for sharing, Nichol. I totally agree, when you find something you like, that works for you, then use it again and again. Really appreciate you talking at the beginning about finding your own scrapbook style, that resonated as I sometimes feel like I'm still figuring my style out.
