Alam Lohar was the greatest and remains the greatest artist/performer the world has ever seen. With incredible stamina and such a sweet, powerful voice there will never be anyone who can even come close to him. He is the true master who has influenced all the other great artists and will continue to do so for all generations.

I have to say Alam Lohar was one of the most versatile folk singer. Such singers are born once in a decades or even in a century.

I believe alam lohar to be the most influential and respected folk artist of the last millenium, he was the true punjabi icon of traditional folk singing. I have loved him all my life, as a child i saw him perform innumerable times on BBCTV, and over the years i have collected more music of him, than any other punjabi artist of the past to the present. I reckon i possess more tracks by alam lohar than anyone else, if you have a song which i do not have then contact me.
