Gasol is one of the best PF's in the league. I too am dissapointed at his 2011 playoff performance, but he helped L.A get to the 2008 finals win the 2009 and 2010 championships and rarely has long-lasting injuries like Bynum. He rebounds well and shoot a very good percentage if he's still on the Lakers for the 2011-12 season I expect him to do even better especially in the playoffs

Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol. two good stars. the two of them are doing better than Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh thus far. They will beat them as well. Good depth with Odom, Barnes, Brown, and soon to be Bynum.
Gasol had the same success in the Memphis Grizzlies than Kobe in the Lakers in 2005-2006-2007. Play-off teams. Gasol was MVP of a world championship and topscorer in two Olympics and he was All star in the toughest West ever before he joined the Lakers. Now, he is better than ever, but his talent is the same, he only got experience playing with good players around him and not scrubs. ;)

Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol. two good stars. the two of them are doing better than Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh thus far. They will beat them as well. Good depth with Odom, Barnes, Brown, and soon to be Bynum.

Gasol had the same success in the Memphis Grizzlies than Kobe in the Lakers in 2005-2006-2007. Play-off teams. Gasol was MVP of a world championship and topscorer in two Olympics and he was All star in the toughest West ever before he joined the Lakers. Now, he is better than ever, but his talent is the same, he only got experience playing with good players around him and not scrubs. ;)

A bit of trivia for Lakers fans who might not be in the know: When Pau Gasol got traded to LA halfway through the '07-'08 season, they also received a 2010 second-round pick from the Grizzlies as well. That pick later turned out to be none other than Devin Ebanks (who many consider to be a player similar to Trevor Ariza). Not a bad deal, eh?

Everybody seems to make fun of Gasol, but Gasol is quietly beating their teams. A 7-footer that runs the court like him? Falling to the floor and get up so quickly? Take jump-shots like him? Pass? Make good amount of free-throws? NONE.
