not really. i mean there is blood but this is a launch title and the graphics in this game arent the best. i mean it all comes down to how old you are and how much you can handle. personally i was playing 'm' rated games when i was maybe 11. i had no problem with it because i know its fake and that i wont go out and do the same things because its a game.
