@thewebmogul Hey! Thanks for the review videos! I have a question about the battery life/recharge time. How long can you video before it dies, and how long does it take to recharge the battery? I saw another review on the Sony website saying the Duo dies after 45 minutes for them. Thank you!
@Jebzar That's is not true of Duo dies after 45 minutes. It depends on how you use the Sony Duo meaning do you press zoom in and out many times, use led light, etc... it all depends how you use it. I had a full charge on my duo and it lasted more than 45 min doing recording. I also have not used the sony duo for a week and battery is still charge up to 80% which is pretty good for not using it for a week. How long it takes to charge well it took only 30min for mine to charge to full
@xBeSMARTandRUN No never had any problems of freezes. It been working excellent and have recorded about 50 videos so far and all are excellent and NO freezes. I know the discontinued Flip freezes allot. :)
@xBeSMARTandRUN Hi yes it has great image stabilization. Also great about sony bloggie it records in 1080p the flip hd only records up too 720p and also flip is discontinued now.
I noticed using zoom, despite being optical 5X, really distorts the Bloggie's video quality. I have live TV on my cellphone, it's an LG 8700 flip from 2007.
@talldude123 Reason why it distorts is due to autofocus to pick up in few seconds. Most all pocket size camera's like the discontinued flip camera does samething for autofocus to pick up. But bloggie does an excellent in zooming in small texts wordings. Using the SteadyShot image stabilization works great and LCD also very bright to use for dark places.
@thewebmogul I couldn't figure out whether it had digital zoom either, but that's not important, I seldomly use it! I know a friend of mine bought a JVC Everio 1080p video camera, it has a 20X optical zoom, I thought that was amazing but the $200 price tag wasn't.
@talldude123 Yeah i do not really care much also digital zoom. What important is optical. But most pocket size camera i use it for is for vlogging on the road or travel. Just like the dual lens which helps in doing self recording easier.
