Noah gets strong closure with his father (how Nuke''s story actually began) - turning in his evil dad shows Noah put protecting any future victims over his personal feelings.

Also, Nuke finally move in together, Lily & Damian give their blessing, Luke has begun to get along with Damian... and Lily says in leaving "You don't need us. You have each other".
