question is this tones the crystal bowls use .. as a side note before lissioning to this i was laying in bed trying OH so hard to sleep ... so i turned on the chakra crystal bowls tuning on you-tube anyway as i lay there i saw waves of light running over my body it was a vary brilint bright white so intense that i could not sleep because if i closed my eyes it got brighter when i opened them it was hanging there a vary bright white glowing orb almost made into my ceiling
