I think a great step towards insuring the constitution is held up as written instead of evolving as many on the left would have it is to create some checks and balances on the judicial branch. When judges over step their bounds and instead of interpreting laws try and legislate from the bench they should be impeached. Term limits for federal judges would also be a good idea as they are not accountable by the people when they over ride the will of the people again and again
