  • I think it's time for ALL the states to go their own way. The USA was "the Great Experiment" that didn't work. We're imploding under our own weight and greed. The world is a different place and the reasons that brought the original thirteen colonies together for strength aren't as relevant as they were then.

  • good riddance to bad rubbish i always say.

  • I dont speak to those beneath my position or station in life... except to remind those offenders not to skin their ignorance and to learn to use some more civil language instead of sounding like an infidel heathen... that means you oklahomasucks...

  • well it was dumb for them to even think about it,they would lose all benifets and the state millitia is a bad idea.No more tinker.I dont hate the state, just alot of the people. The ones who live in the east metro are ok,by east i mean mid-del,norman is alright and inner okc is really good.

  • Way to go, Oklahoma. I hope Kentucky gets onboard.

  • you are ruled by england, not your government puppets. Do some research

  • if you want sovereignty you need to notice the queen..cause she's still in control ...through the rothschilds, rockefellers, morgans etc.

  • Knee-jerk reaction to the FEDS and the move to push universal health care.

Meanwhile the FEDS control your roads, guns, schools, tobacco, beer, ect.

Remove the blinders and see that you are the slave of the FEDS.

  • Dear Okies: Please fucking secede already. No one and I mean no one wants you in our union.

  • is your name oklahoma sucks because to sucked cock in an oklahoma prison?

  • @datzfast

Gee what a great insult there. How original.

  • there is one thing you need to know if thy take something from you will not get it back , and are you all brain dead ;( !!!

  • As a perfect example of how stupid people are we have here a video about Oklahoma declaring sovereignty and the 10th Amendment but we keep seeing the American Empire's federal flag. Not once do we see the Oklahoma flag which would be the perfect symbol in a discussion on state sovereignty.

The people who are leading us are hopelessly lost. They just don't get it.

  • @swordofdixie You've made an excellent point.

  • Lol my literacy is well established asshole! At least we have the vision and fortitude to resist the federal government which has betrayed the constitution with mandates like interstate commerce laws since they can't subvert the constitution directly. Besides you spelled okies wrong you stupid fuck

  • You guys are impotent whiners. Nothing more, you will never do anything "visionary".

And if you do you will end up in ADX Florence and you know it.

  • @techexecutioner

Haha yeah man. Plus they wouldn't have to have any improved healthcare or stimulus money. Sounds great to me, can't wait for Oklahoma to finally do it.

  • So how come OK is still a part of the union? I guess it didn't quite work huh? Either that or this video was bullshit from the start. Yep, that's it. It was BS from June of 08.

  • We are United States, Oklahoma is merely saying that if the federal government takes away rights that it was guarantied when it entered the United States, it will revert to being a Sovereign state untill a new president/government is made.

  • Not much you know my son. Read. Read some US History. Read the Federalist Papers. Read Thomas Pain, Jefferson,Hamilton. Read State Responsibilities vs Federal Responsibilities

  • I would like to think that I know more American history than the average American, but I welcome more knowledge. I will take your advice.

  • LOL. I didn't exactly get a 100 in geography but, isn't Oklahoma completely surrounded by the U.S. Also a state like Oklahoma wouldn't be able to last very long as a country. This is kind of funny.

  • The constitution of USA seems to be a big problem.

Maybe you people should get a new constitution and abolish your states.

You could then control firearms better, allow gay marriage easily, and remove the nonsense about gold and silver.

  • If you want to be a slave to your banking elite, then sure. If they can print money and then make it disappear, and then publicly say they won't tell us where it's going, then WTF is wrong with you wanting to give them more power?!

  • why does this guy get minus 3 on the vote , although his opinion is not my own he still has a right to post what he thinks is right especially on a video such as this.

  • Every Generation needs a Revolution

  • I smell a second civil war!

  • I am moving my family from Wisconsin to Arkansas as soon as we are able and I am proud that Oklahoma has stood up and said to Washington here and no further! The Obama government is out of control and we need to take power back for the People. Patriotism doesn't flinch from tyrrany, it thrives on it and it brings out the best of who we all can be. Take a lesson from Oklahoma and the other states declaring their sovereignty America. The time for action is now! Let your voice and your vote count!

  • To ZeitgeistWI- Obama is trying to right the Ship of State that Bush left Listing to the right. Then there's the little fact of an election, in which the American People Spoke Loud and Clear. 12 Years of Republican Rule is what put this Country in the Shitter. Hopefully, Obama can succeed in Righting the ship of State or we'll all wind up in the shitter! Yes.! Even Arkansas. Which I consider a shitter already!

  • 12 years?

  • bro, we didn't have 12 years republican, but that is beside the point. obama has broken one campaign promise after another. he won the marketing contest we call an election, but he has no intention of serving the american people. he is a thug. if you are middle class, he and his cronies have their sites set on you and your family as enemy number one.

  • When Clinton was in office Congress belonged to the Republicans for 4 Yrs. Than Bush/Cheney had another 8 Yrs. Long enough to destroy the country. Oklahoma was given to the Oklahomans by the Federal Government. They even have movies of their covered wagons racing to set their land claims. Now Oklahoma wants to secede. Secede? Where are they going? They're land locked.

  • Comment removed

  • Looking up who actually held majority over the past 12 yrs would be a good learning activity. During Bush's tenure: starting in 2001, Reps held the majority for less than 6 mos, and only by tie-breaker Cheney. The Dems took it for the next 17mos. It flopped back to the Reps for the next 5 years. The democrats have had it for the past 2 yrs. 12 years of Republican rule doesn't shake out in true history. Both sides are guilty for the mess. Get over the blame Bush mantra. It's getting old.

  • Get over the blame Bush Mantra??? The Country was left in a shambles and Bush/Cheney are the Culprits! To add insult to injury his Cronys are now the BIGGEST Critics of everything Obama does to Get the Country back on track.

  • our economy was in trouble as far back as the eightys it finally collapsed in the 2000s

    the 9/11 attacks

    hurracain katrina

and the war pushed the economy over the edge

just because bush was the president when it all happened dosent mean its his fault

and reckless spending by the people of america wasnt helping people were buying exspensive cars and houses they couldnt afford and buying everything that caught there eye it was reckless spending by the people that killed the economy

  • Tonight,we are all Okies.

  • Im Proud to be from the Republic of Oklahoma!

  • No ! let us keep our country together and just IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH THE president of the UNITED STATES. Afterall he is our collective employee. Kick him out of office Now.

  • HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 108

    By Lynn

A RESOLUTION to affirm Tennessees sovereignty under the

Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the

United States and to demand the federal

government halt its practice of assuming powers and of imposing mandates upon the states for purposes not enumerated by the Constitution of the United States.

  • Im from Tennessee...Honestly, maybe I just crawled out from under a rock, but I hadnt heard anything about states declaring sovereingty....

Ill be the first to say Im uninformed. What does this mean for us? TN is a red state, part of the south, if other states start dropping out, what does it mean for us? If TN declares sovereingty you can bet Ill stick by her...but what does this all mean?

  • Oklahoma isnt the only state that declared sovereignty, about a dozen other have dont the same. Tennessee for instance is on process of declaring sovereignty.

its because of the corruptness of the central government:

false bailouts, gun bans, marshal law (to be introduced in 2011 according to Washington), ignoring national problems (such as illegal immigration), etc.

the states are getting tired of the corruption and breaking away

    -greets from NY

  • Killed we need to get on the phone, or mail our Reps. This is one band wagon that I want New York on.

  • And if you do, I'll leave NC and join your great state.

  • I hope soon to say "What a great day for all 50 states"! I discovered this video after happening upon a tenth amendment website which, in turn, directed me here. It is great news so far that 10 states are doing the same thing, with another 10 states in the process!

    Go Oklahoma...and go U other 49...soon!

  • What a Great Day to be a Southron

Yes Oklamhoma is part of Dixie May the Rest of the South and the nation follow your example and put an end to the madness that is the federal government.

    DEO VINDICE

  • LDL 1982 - I'm right there with you. Deo Vindice! May God save the South and the Great State of Oklahoma.

  • @LDL1982

Oklahoma isn't part of Dixie you stupid dumbass. It wasn't even a state in the Civil War. God don't you Okies know anything?

  • @1OklahomaSucks1 although i hate you with a deep intent yes that is true, oklahoma isnt even considered part of the south period,it is part of the midwest and at the same time the southwest, but it is not part of what is traditionally thought of as the "south"or dixie, but it was a confederate held territory, and so was part of new mexico but they are a very liberal state.

  • Do A Search For.....No Stimulus

    Sign and tell others

    PATRIOTS RULE!!

  • I'm not totally sure why, but this feels like a good thing. This news is hopeful.

  • Texas! Only steers and queers come from Texas! And steers can't type, so that kind of narrows it down.

  • Show me the documents! I suspect that if they do exists, they state that the US does not have the right to govern the state in a few specific ways not mentioned in the constitution. It's a money-political thing, not a national thing.

  • NephilimFree, do you even know what the tenth amendment says? What you just said! It was a resolution to affirm the tenth amendment.

  • i'm movin' to oklahoma. enough is enough. somebody must have had guts in that state. nobody else is declaring anything.

  • OK guys, i am german. i have NO clue about US law. could ANYONE please explain this to me???

what the f* does this mean exactly?? does this mean they are no more part of the US? or does that mean they no longer have to follow orders from the bush administration?

oh please, someone must explain this to me. thx a lot!!!

  • It means they're not recognizing the federal gvt anymore. Oklahoma is going to rule by their own law because our federal gvt is drunk with power. I imagine they're going to sever all financial ties to the gvt too.

Good for Key, he's a leader in the fight against the new world order. I say we get our best minds together and move down to Oklahoma and create our own society. Of course considering the gvt killed 3000 of its own citizens on 911 I'm sure it would unleash a bioweapon on us.

  • The tenth amendment resricts federal power to those items delegated to it in Article I Section 8 of the United States Constitution. Theoretically, the Federal Government has no right to make laws, rules, or regulations that do not pertain to something itmeized in that section. State Power is tempered in Article I Section X, and Article IV. The States theoretically hold all other governmental powers that are not denied it by the Constitution, or specifically granted to the Federal government.

  • Hell yeah! I want to move to Oklahoma! I live in Florida which panders to the fed the most. Florida sucks (you-know-what) for that federal money. It makes me sick. Oklahoma, here I come!

  • God bless Oklahoma and the brave and well informed representatives that know what liberty truly is. I want to move there.

Keep the pressure on Oklahoma, if the Senate has to approve it still. Even then, if passed, the Feds will blackmail the state by witholding funds. Thats why the direct income tax must be abolished, it destroys checks and balances between states and the fed.

  • @nivek663 with holding funds, thats ok we will print new funds we are sovern

  • I am in contact with a Okla house rep who voted for it and he lives in my district :) He is not sure either so he is in the process of contacting our US Senate rep. This was a House Joint resolution that passed the house but it must now pass the senate house of OK and if it has and I hope it does then all the other states should get ONBOARD :)

  • The Senate assigned it to the Rules Committee people in your state need to rise up and attack this committee or vote them all out because it will rot in there.

  • I heard it didnt work out that way, but next up is California. The queers are free to leave anytime they wish.

  • Viva Oklahoma !

  • I'm so proud of my state right now! I'll take back all the harsh things I ever said out it.

  • I live in Oklahoma. I did the research. Yes they did vote on it in the house and it passed on March 8th by 90 to 3. BUT the Okla Senators shot it down.

What I find AMAZING is No One in Okla even knew a single thing about it. Nothing on the News or Paper. In fact I had a hell of a time finding it on the OKLA gov site.

  • Send me a link I want to see that.

  • WulfBand; I would like to see a link in regard to that info as well if possible. Thank you.

  • Please don't tell me it's been shot down... I don't want to believe it. Is that what happened? I can't find squat about it in the MSM... I guess I should have figured that.

  • Is this real?

If this is true then I'm packing up my things and moving to Oklahoma!

  • Tulsa is nice, but hot as a muthafucka...

  • A shame this state can't leave the Union and become dominated by theocrats after a few years. Other southern states would as well, and the subsequent rejection of science would help shape our own little middle east right here in North America! Their economies would thrive from their agrarian products, and all of the foreigners lining up wanting to move there. Foreign brainpower has ALWAYS migrated to middle America for it's progressive ways and fabled scientific/cultural achievements!

  • God Bless Oklahoma!

  • i almost cried when I heard this. I am sooooo happy about Okie. You guys stand up and we need to talk to our reps and make this happen. The Revolutionary war is repeating itself. Remember... History repeats itself... 1776

  • most people are too stupid to understand what oklahoma is stating with this legislation.

  • Damn right. The Federal government has not respected the constitution for I'd say well over 160 years. One set of laws should not govern everyone. I don't want laws written by yankees or Californians governing me any more than they'd want my laws. Just let us be. Self determination for Dixie. Deo vindice.

  • I hope so! we will return to the past in actions, to become a whole country again!

  • ohio needs to this now!!!!!

  • no, theyhad different numbers for those dying of ailments, or you know, infection, etc.

I agree about the occupation,my firends husband (a marine) returned about 8 months ago, he is missing half of his foot now,

and he is fighting the government for compensation....they feel he is fine BTW, to work at his previous job.

This country is going to hell in a hand basket.

  • so true i feel for you both

  • Wheres oklahoma? and what sovereignty mean??????

  • (sorry, off topic - personal had to say it...)

  • john ,thanks for the share...you know everthing!

  • I wouldn't say everything...I just happen to thirst for knowledge which is left out of mainstream America reporting. ;=)

  • I hate the FDA.

  • Cnn: as of june 23, 2008

    still want war?

  • There have been 4,416 coalition deaths -- 4,103 Americans, two Australians,176 Britons, 13 Bulgarians, one Czech, seven Danes, two Dutch, two Estonians, one Fijian, five Georgians, one Hungarian,33 Italians, one Kazakh, one Korean, three Latvian, 22 Poles, three Romanians, five Salvadoran, four Slovaks, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and 18 Ukrainians in the war in Iraq as of June 23, 2008, according to a CNN count, includes employees of the U.S. Defense. At least 30,209 U.S. troops have been wounded in action.

  • Soldiers dying after copter leaves the ground not counted as Iraq occupation deaths. Suicides from lack of P.T.S.D. treatment not counted as Iraq occupation deaths. Soldiers dying from undiagnosed ailments (cause they didn't fill out the paperwork correctly) not counted as Iraq occupation deaths. I refuse to call it a war. What began as an illegal invasion is now an illegal occupation.

  • I think a great step towards insuring the constitution is held up as written instead of evolving as many on the left would have it is to create some checks and balances on the judicial branch. When judges over step their bounds and instead of interpreting laws try and legislate from the bench they should be impeached. Term limits for federal judges would also be a good idea as they are not accountable by the people when they over ride the will of the people again and again

  • You are so right! We need a Constitutional Amendment that adds to Article III that "The Supreme Court of the United States shall be limited in their rulings to the facts of the case presented and judgement based solely on those rights and priviledges specifically enumerated in this Constitution." End looking at past decisions and reinterperting them; end looking at how foreign courts have ruled on these subjects; and most importantly, end judical review!

  • Thanks!

  • Long Live the Patriot!!

  • so does Oklahoma really calling for Sovereignty? i am kinda confused.

  • This is excellent news!!!! I hope other states follow suit immediately...I wish I lived in Oklahoma right now!!!!

  • builderbergers not going to like this. I noticed in Canada after NAFTA how the jobs went south to the States and then to Mexico now its the Pacific Rim. Build it cheeper.

Capitalists without scruples, values or Moralitys. Im walking to the store more now then ever. Noticeing how dollar stores are becomeing anything but a buck. The largest number of prisons and prisoners. PrivSector.

Attacks on freedom in the Constitution, Internet to be replaced by Internet 2. Say good by to Youtube. GL Oakies

  • RFID chips are the mark of the Beast. The Beast is the Rothschild & Rockefeller dynasties who seek World Domination through World Globalization. The Rothschild's $100 Trillion, Rockefeller's $10 trillion, their banks, corporations and their evil secret societies are vehicles of enslavement to "We the People of the World". This Beast seizes...our executive officers...legislative bodies...schools...courts...newspapers and every agency created for the public protection. World Pop. 6BN to 1/2BN.

  • This Texan lives 8 miles south of Oklahoma. I have watched your politicians do the right thing for quite awhile. I am proud of them and have sent emails to them in thanks of their standing tall. I wish I could say the same for Texas. Governor Rich Perry and Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson are Bilderberg Group members thus both are in violation of the Logan Act.

"It is...time for Americans to get used to a lessening of our freedoms..."

    - Congresswoman Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX), April 1995

  • Oh L*rd! Kay Hutchinson should be ousted for a remark like that.

  • google:

    bilderberg group kay bailey hutchinson

You will see the meetings she has attended.

    Same for Rick tickie too!

  • There has got to be something that can be done to make it very easy to take a politician out of office if they don't follow the constitution and refuse to be public servants as the job requires them too be. This way we can stop the move from a Republic to Democracy then then on too the rule of the corporations or better known as corporatism.

  • It's called a Proclamation of Liberty.

  • @h2opower We could tar and feather them. lol

  • We Texans say you can take your Bohemian Grove, Skull & Bones, Bilderberg Group, EU, NATO, CFR, RLC, TTC, NAU, SPP, Patriot Act, and NWO deals and shove it up your ass or better yet up Rockefeller and Rothschild's ass. As his Father and Grandfather, President Bush is a TRAITOR and in violation of the Logan Act. We Texans want nothing to do with Bush's hidden agenda and secret societies. We will fight your NWO efforts because you bring chains to We the People's FREEDOM.

    goto bilderbergDOTorg

  • Most US Politicians are NWO owned. All members are in violation of the LOGAN ACT. They are powerless unless the Bilderberg Group or CFR tells them what to do. They are all TRAITORS to We the People, Bill of Rights and US Constitution. Their legislation flawed as they lie to get elected and never do what they were elected to do. The Logan Act should be processed against all US politicians who are

members of these secret societies meeting behind closed doors. If convicted ban for life.

  • now what....oklahomo the next terrorist state to be invaded...your with bush or agaist him!?

  • It looks like Oklahoma has found a way too beat the SPP's new land grabs, taking from the needy and giving too the greedy, and highway building plans. I can only hope all the other states follow suit. I bet you one thing their population is about to go up for everyone that knows the truth is looking for a place to go right now.

  • Yes! This is a great first step in regaining our sovereignty at the State level and more importantly, I hope, at the INDIVIDUAL level WE THE PEOPLE.

  • thank GOD Oklahoma got pissed off enough to send the gov't a written punch to the gut. i hope California follows suit.

  • Awesome. Go Oklahoma!

Now all the other states just need to follow suit.

  • very glad you posted this. I had read the stroy earlier today. Lets see the rest of the states adopt a similar policy. we're going to forward this around to some of our friends.

  • for real?

  • This is the best news I've heard all year. Might be moving soon. Indiana is one of the scarest places to live right now. Mayor took authority over all state police from sheriff, marines praticing martial law downtown during business hours, the biggest FEMA camp in the midwest, and we have the harshest voter ID law.

  • WE LOVE YOU OKLAHOMA!!! Are there any other Patriot States going to have the courage to rise up and take a stand against tyranny before it is too late?

  • Go Oklahoma, The Beginning !

  • one my favroite thomas jefferson quote that if any state in the Union will declare that it prefers separation to a continuance in union ... I have no hesitation in saying Let us separate

  • There's a nut-kickin about to go down over this. Let's hope the good guys have a fighting chance this time..

  • Yeh power to the people!

  • Congrats OK !! Now we need all the states along what is to be The Trans Texas Corridor to do the same. Stop the North American Union !!!

  • Not even one word from any TV news station, not one word from any politition, not one word from the president. The CFR have to have a secret meeting with the CFR Oklahoma politions and decide who they need to assasinate or discredit to get Oklahoma back in line. Go Oklahoma Texas is behind you, as soon as we can kick out that traitor Rick Perry.

  • April 14th. Russell Means of the Lakotah Nation declared sovereignty from the feds, but did we hear about it from the news media, nope, feds hopin' the hubbub dies down and all will be forgotten! Go Okies, defendin' the principles on which the USA was founded, AWESOME!!!

  • Yes I have been watching the Lakota as well. I wish them the best, but reccoment to prepare for the the worst.

  • Come on SC lets do it again. Break away from the union and the rest of the south we have been kicked on for 143 years now-DEO VINDICE

  • States Rights!

The Federal Government has grown too powerful, and has been usurping the original rights of the sovereign States.

Other states should do this too!

I am proud to be an Oklahoman.

  • GO OKIES!!

  • Spread the word.

  • It is about time every state done this. I am glad Oklahoma did it. Hopefully others will follow soon. Thank you governor Brad Henry.

  • i agree

  • great video.

  • I would have thought that New Hampshire would be the first. I'm reading for my state to do so. Then we can protect our state borders instead of hearing "it's a federal issue". Then the feds do nothing.

  • Don't let the stampede run over you as you cross the border! Good Riddance!

  • Go Oklahoma! CNN, Fox(Faux) News, MSNBC, and the three networks news organizations have been castrated... The mainstream fascist-corporate owned media don't want to report this because other States would follow suit...

  • Taking the power back to the states, and the people, where it belongs. Thank you, Oklahoma. I hope many follow.

  • Hey did you hear, Obama is worried the other 57 states may follow....8)

  • hahaha.
