Well at 8 to 10 weeks of age the juveniles in a commercial farm hatchery are 30mm to 50 mm in size and if anyone knows how to rapidly grow a cod they would. They would be very interested as to how you got your so called 3 month old cod to that size. They get there well fed cod to 500 grams to 1000 grams in size in a 12 month period. My comment was not negative it was informative hahaha

@SJB666 YEAH WELL MINE IS A LITTLE SMALLER AND IV HAD HIM FOR 3 MONTHS SINCE HE WAS TINY. IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR WATER TEMPERATURE. IV HAD MINE AT 26'C FOR THE FIRST 3MONTHS. DOING THIS WILL PROMOTE GROWTH SPURTS.
