I bought this a year ago... not the pink version - mines all silver. When Windows 7 came out I bought the 64 bit version and it works perfectly with the PC. It also doesn't slow down AT ALL when I play games on it! I play Resident Evil 4 on it and it's just as fast as it is on my PS3. I've also played Sims 3 on it (though I know the boys didn't want to know that!). All in all - BEST decision I ever made!! It hardly takes up any space either!

Macs may cost more but there a good reason. It doesnt crash as much as windows. No virus. and its just plane awesome....and i love final cut pro.....but this sony is a good alternative and yes they beat apple with the blu-ray
