Thanks so much for the vote of confidence Sin! I'm trying girl, lol! I see the difference in my inches lost, but I'm not seeing the pounds melt away, so I've adjusted my eating a bit...eating more often, eating more green, leafy veggies & trying to stay away from too much chocolate. I'll keep posting my progress. Thanks again for following my journey. Stay well :-)

Hey Shelly! I love you on Z100! i am very excited for you and i believe you WILL be able to get into a bikin AND lookj good by july 4th! you seem devoted. gosh it must be so hard!!! you definitely a role model and encourage me to lose weight as well! i read ur blog all the time! LOVE YOU!!
