Hum I'd say Shinn and Stella because she loved him down to her last breath and never forgot how much she cared for him even when Neo erased her memories she got kindness from him he saved her multiple times the one with the cliff and the battle where she was injured
I wanted Stella to end up with Shinn, but she died. Before she died she told Shinn that she loves him which is a pretty powerful line and it was depressing. I was even more depressed when Shinn put Stella's body into the lake with this music playing in the background. I really wish Stella survived because I think she and Shinn are really cute couples, but it wasn't that bad when Luna ended up with Shinn.
