Clearly influenced by "All The Young Dudes" by Mott the Hoople. Noel "borrowed" a lot of sounds of other good bands. I like Oasis very much, but c'mon, people, they aren't gods. Rock music wasn't THEIR invention.

I guess they overrated themselves too much. They believed that they were the new Beatles, but they weren't. They were just another good rock band, nothing more. I hate those superlatives. There's no "greatest band in the world". This is bullshit. EVERY band and solo artist from A to Z made a contribution to the music culture.
