Despite his use of the word "love", this song is actually very 'anti-commitment'. He is saying that he doesn't want to have regrets or doubts or worry later, so his solution is to "love you now" while "this music's thumping". I'm not saying the view is right or wrong, but if you play this on a first date the other person might be a little turned off.

I sort of get the meaning about the "ornaments" line but I'd like to hear a clearer explanation.
