Ok guys kabaeva's back is flexy, but in RG ther're also grace, elegance, refinement, balance, tecnique, characterist that she hadn't. She smiles, she jumps, but she's vulgar...she's not an artist...tchachina, bessonova, kanaeva are ARTIST of RG

@Roby89bs She is an artist, just a different type. It's all well and good to be floaty and belletic like bessonova but equally, it's good to be jumpy and energetic, kabaeva is one of those gymnasts. She's still an artist and i would not describe her as vulgar because of her way of performing.

I was so happy that Yulia beat Alina. Yulia Barsukova was the most graceful and dramatic gymnast to ever compete. Alina Kabayeva was nothing but jump, smile, spin, smile, smile, smile, regardless of what the music was. She seriously ruined the sport in my opinion.

Well I think they both are great gymnasts but another type - Yulia is ballet perfection and Alina is smile fun flexy back. But I agree with you that Yulia deserved it. I am happy because of Alina's mistake - if she won in Sydney she would stop in RG - so I am happy she didnt win. Just a shame that Alina usually overscored. For ex. in 2001 in Aeon Cup - Alina did big mistake in all routines and she still was before Irina, who was in that competition very clean i think. but I like her
