This is a 45 gal. flatback hex with 5 gal. sump. It has approx 7.5 inch sandbed and different Macro in display and Cheato in sump. It also has 2 yellow Reidi Seahorses and a Green Filefish. Using PC lighting, T return and small powerhead. Everyone eats well and they are currently on Mysis because of the seahorses needs. The sandbed makes it tricky to keep clean and nutrients down, but is a requirement for keeping these animals healthy.
Sorry for the delay in response. These are spotted garden eels or Hassi Garden eels. Not sure where to get them in Australia, but you might be able to order them from your local fish store. They do have special needs, so please do lots of research before trying them!!
are these easy to care for or are they some of the more difficult to care for?
