people who think this is fake, i'll tell you how its done

1. he used chet rippo to upgrade his Bp and FP anda lower his hp, thats why its at the lowest 5 hp

2. he used the badge d-down jump which when used lowers the enemies which bowser did have.

3. he probably used more then 1 attack plus badge or soemthing like that to upgrade his attack power, thats why his power is like 9

i used all of those badges and when i got up to 1 hp i used power bounce and watt i also used watts turbo charge and guess what? i left him with 1 hp might sound wierd but i did i also used starstorm to finish his bitch ass

he never used any heath points (when u level up) and he kept it all on badge points i think, putting lots of defence and only 1 super strong attack (Jump attack)

Thats weird I have also done that but the fight went on. When I was done With kammy koopa It shows he had 0 hp left so I had to jump on him and I beat the game. But I have Experianced your Numbers and letters I once Did a spin in the goomba Village and they appeared I did not know what happened... But il try again to beat bowser in 1 turn to see what happens Hopefully il get your result.

The numbers and letters are codes for the people who made the game mostly used in beta or if you hackd the rom you would see those. They are actuealy the most common glitch, such as if you kick the n64 it would happen but not with an emulator. Of course the emulator is MUCH worse.

The jumps only give 7 and the powerbounce costs 3 badge points insted of 2 and i have all 30 Badge points on and there all needed.

Yes its posible with out items because you can just use your star power.

Yeah. I just beat the Bowser just now with 5hp. I started in peril, and was going to use repel gels but changed my mind. I used a different strategy, using Bow's outta sight, watt's power charge and Mario's power bounce. Fun challenge. Bowser didn't do any damage to me at all, same with Huff N Puff and the fire pirana. Can you think of another thing to do to make the game harder? I didn't use items

I have never done it on the First paper mario... but I have done what you are talking about on the thousand year door. I know its been a year, so you probably already know, but even if you get the enemy down to 0 hp, the storyline sequence still goes by as planned and you'll have to fight the enemy with full health over again. As you did before. Nintendo has learned how to block glitches over the years haven't they?
