Great review. This was the first foriegn fil I've seen, and I have to say it was amazing. I watched this a day after watching "the uninvited" I loved the twist in the uninvited and wanted more, so I came to the original. The original just blew me away, it got way more into detail into what was going on, built up more suspense, got in depth with the characters. Truely amazing and has become one of my favorite movies.
@81oakridgSTF thanks Mike. Ya, this definitely is one of my favorite horror films in the recent years, not just Korean horror. This is why Asians are one of the best at making horror, gore, and splatterfest films!!!! Even disturbing and grotesque films like guinea pig series and even masd-004 & gen-018. Asians, especially Japs, sure are crazy motherfuckers, and I love'em for that lol
@GenkiSlave thanks man. Glad that you agree with me on the remake part. I haven't seen the remake but I don't intend on it either. I mean, there ARE decent remakes in Hollywood but to be honest, most of them suck; especially the ones that are produced under Platinum Dune, aka Michael Bay's money collecting company.
