If you think about it, who could possible have made the cut for this jury? These jury members had to have balls of steel in order to endure this case, and hence, took what they felt the appropriate time to decide a case of this magnitude.

@rakuencallisto my mother was murderd and i would have prefered they reform the guy that did it rather than kill him....and i told the jury that and the cowboyed out prosecutor still talked the jury into putting him on death row, since he has nothing to lose he stabbed another immate 3 months after he was locked up, i honestly believe if he had something to live for he would at least attempt to better himself.
