For me personally, they hold up better than the nyx jumbo pencils. The nyx tend to crease despite using a primer, but because I have oily lids. The Maybelline color tattoos have never creased on me, even when I skipped the primer. Nyx has more colors and are less expensive, but if Maybelline comes up with more of these in more colors, I would definitely stop using the nyx pencils. I don't know if that answered your question but I hope this was helpful.

I have all maybelline colors tattoo, the 10 shades, and the bronze is amazing, the taupe and pomogranated punk is my favorited, unfortunable the white named too cool is bad, even more the purple one, so I dont recomended.

It looks as if you got the caps on the wrong colors on edgy emerald and tenacious teal..Your are also acting a little like someone else did just state, As if you are "Too good" for drug store or something.

You should get Tough As Taupe, it's the other matte color, it's gorgeous!! It was the first one I got, and by far my favorite, it looks amazing with MAC's Copperplate over top! Love your eyes in this video!!

I picked up Audacious Asphualt when I was in target a few weeks ago (It was the only one left!) and I absolutely love it! It doesn't need a shadow on top of it, or a primer beneath it! It doesn't take much to get a super-saturated color, and the shimmer in it compliments my eyes beautifully. Definitely going out and getting the gold, pomegranate, orange, and taupe! :) <3

I absolutely love the color tattoos. I have tested all of them by themselves & as a base. By themselves, they last about 12 hrs with a primer, although they do fade with in that time, they didn't crease. As a base they last over 24 hrs. They literally won't budge till you wash them off. And I didn't get crease marks this way either, not even on the 24th hr. The only one that will only work as a base is painted purple, I can't wait for more colors.

Yesterday I wore Fierce and Tangy under Makeup Geek Mango Tango (hey it was in the 50's here in Chicago I'm pretending it's spring!) and it looked awesome. I got tons of compliments! People were staring at my eyes... sadly they were all women... but hey that's the ultimate compliment.

Bad to The Bronze is an AMAZING one! It is really smooth, great pay color pay off, and hits the light beautifully. On busy days I have been able to slap just this and some mascara on and I still look done up and pulled together. Tough As Taupe is also a favorite of mine- an amazing matte shade. Also, I find these apply easier with a synthetic brush, but my finger works in a pinch as well.

@customanimalart I have worn them both ways and they both seem to work out well. I like to put Bad to the Bronze under verve from Naked 2. It gives it a lot of dimension. Tough as Taupe is great just all over the lid and blended out for something quick when you're trying to get out the door.

I picked up one of these. The one i got is Tough as Taupe. it's matte. doesn't crease great color payoff. i don't know if these last 24hrs, i would never have makeup on that long but i'd say at least 8hrs. that's usually about how long i wear my makeup.

Revlon Colorburst is definitely better in my opinion because it has more pigment and feels creamier while Loreal's Colour Riche feels oilier on the lips and there's a lot less pigment. It won't show up if you have very pigmented lips and very very little of you have medium pigmented lips. Colorburst also has more fun colors-333 than the Loreal one

Hi Marlena~ The white shimmery one called Too Cool is also a must-have! It's awesome for multi-tasking as a highlight on brow bone, upper cheek, cupid's bow, or wherever you want. Use a light touch for a gorgeous subtle look! These wear extremely well on my oily lids with ZERO creasing for at least 12 hours! YAY!
