if the team couldn't do it, kobe's teammates gets the blame..if kobe was real a leader that time he could have help his teammates become better before the finals...like sharing the basketball?like instead of getting 81, he could have let his teammates evolve without him, for them to be ready at crunch time.FYI if jordan on was on that team he would not let his team down by 39 points at the end of the regulation(let alone in the finals).kobe could have used that 81 when it really mattered.

Jordan would get angry, piss on his teammates (he really did) and get at them for not doing their job, carry his team on his back and match point for point whatever the other team was doing and keep his teammates involved while creating turnovers with his awesome defensive play.
