my blood pressure is currently at 150. can u tell me how long it will take to get it down to 130?

@kojiro99999 Hopefully your blood pressure has lowered over the last year...? Another non-drug remedy is to eat a small bowl of organic yoghurt with a tea spoon of cinnamon in it. It's the cinnamon that matters most. Good luck!
