@OnlyKurial Well, it's actually any good RTS gamer's habit. Whilst Red Alert doesn't require much micromanagement, keeping your units moving in this game will reduce the chance of being hit by V1s and flame, for example, so it's a good thing to do in my opinion. Glad to see this game still getting views! Props for the vid.

@dodgedurango12345678 Anyone with RTS experience play this way. Especially in older games like Red Alert where some units doesn't respond the first time. The key is to always be active and not let yourself become a target to the opponent.

Build a plethora of medium tanks (with allies) and just stop the Solviets into submission. Best way.

On a side note, how did you get those numbers below the units?

If you mean hotkeying your units, it's Ctrl + a number.

If I have the game but my computer rejected it because the game it's too old...

what shoul I do???

@Protodermis4, You can set your .exe or shortcut to the game to Windows 98 compatibility mode. Right click your .exe or shortcut (or both), go to properties, go to compatibility tab, click Run on...and select Windows 95 or 98/ME. Check the top 3 settings for color and resolution settings as well. The game should run properly now - if not try online search for a solution.

Hmm... Great. I need the mission were you need to desable the nuclear missels. Cant get it. allwyes get killed in the facility.

I've done the allied campaign on Hard and the soviet campaign up to mission 11 and then I had to uninstall it. Might eventually try again.

Yep, I literally had to defend my base the whole time until the ticker went to 0 because they were always flooding my base. Surprised he managed to build all of those tanks so quickly. I can't tell if this is on hard mode but one instance in this video when he was raiding their base the Tesla Coil took over 5 seconds to react when in range of attack.
