Philly's officers are trained to spot altered receipts and as for the evidence the tow truck driver will kindly get that recipt from your dash when he opens your car before towing it. ^_^

Damn... here in Miami it jacks up to hundreds of dollars. If you get three they issue a boot, and five it goes up to towing the car. I remember I had five one time and it cost $456 to rid of them. I hope that revenue is marked road upkeep.
