I'm sorry, but that talent tree is awful. You skipped out all the good arcane pvp talents such as Improved Blink, Improved Polymorph and Improved Counterspell

@CONFETTiGaming only need 240 max spell pen, pally auras and shaman totems grant 195 magic resistance and if there is a mage around with mage armour that adds an extra 45 magic resistance so in total thats 240 :) atm on my toon i have 201 from the vicous cloak
